Kevin's 2008 TripThese albums are all from Kevin Koppenhaver's trip back to Kwaj in Summer 2008. I included his extensive notes where possible, taken from his own experience/research as well as the Hourglass and Kwajaletter. Many thanks to Kevin for these excellent contributions!

Rex's TourThese albums represent the bulk of my personal photo collection from our single tour on Kwaj, with some help from my parents' collection. They also contain a number of submissions from friends during the same time period as well as later years.

The Kwaj Carnival

This collection is from more than one Kwaj Carnival, an annual event I eagerly awaited each year.

The Teen Disco

This collection depicts the ill-fated "teen disco" that was set up in 1976 using the building next to the Teen Center. It was open only a short time before someone vandalized some of the chair cushions and the facility was shut down. It never reopened, at least not while I was still on-island.

Aircraft and Other Vehicles

This collection shows what an airport nut I was, constantly hanging around the terminal and runway taking pictures of just about anything that left the ground. I also took numerous photos of various vehicles around the island, a few of which appear here.
